Il assure ainsi la maitrise d&#8217;oeuvre de dispensaires, gendarmeries ou \u00e9coles. Il r\u00e9alise les r\u00e9fections portant sur les clochers d&#8217;\u00e9glises ou le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement d&#8217;\u00e9difices communaux.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La Chambre de Commerce et d&#8217;Industrie de Saint-Brieuc lui confie la construction de l&#8217;a\u00e9rogare de La Plaine \u00e0 Ploufragan. Il se consacre \u00e9galement \u00e0 quelques programmes de constructions sociales comme les habitations \u00e0 bon march\u00e9 (HBM)\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 ses fonctions au d\u00e9partement, en tant qu&#8217;architecte lib\u00e9ral, il travaille pour diff\u00e9rents commanditaires priv\u00e9s : particuliers, commer\u00e7ants ou industriels. He was also the project manager for health centres, police stations and schools. He also carried out repairs to church towers and refurbished communal buildings.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The Saint-Brieuc Chamber of Commerce and Industry commissioned him to build the La Plaine air terminal in Ploufragan. He also worked on a number of social construction programmes, including low-cost housing.(\\\"habitations \\u00e0 bon march\\u00e9 - HBM\\\")<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Alongside his work for the department, as a freelance architect, he worked for a number of private clients, including individuals, shopkeepers and industrialists. In Saint-Brieuc, examples include the Mirador (rue Montesquieu), \\u00c9mile Daub\\u00e9's house (rue de Brest) and the house at 20 boulevard Cl\\u00e9menceau.
