Projet original puisqu\u2019il couplera le c\u00f4t\u00e9 jeu et f\u00eate avec le premier \u00e9tablissement de thalassoth\u00e9rapie de Bretagne.<\/p>\n<p>La construction du b\u00e2timent qui deviendra le casino d\u00e9bute en 1929. Il sera achev\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante et obtiendra l\u2019autorisation de pratiquer les jeux.<\/p>\n<p>En plus des salles de jeu avec le jeu de la boule, du bar et des salles de danse avec orchestre du rez-de chauss\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement proposait une v\u00e9ritable installation de thalassoth\u00e9rapie.<br \/>En effet, \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tage, des bains \u00e9taient am\u00e9nag\u00e9s en plusieurs alc\u00f4ves avec baignoires d&#8217;eau de mer chauff\u00e9e, douches d\u2019eau douce et tables de massage. <br \/>Les clients pouvaient ensuite profiter des services d\u2019un salon de coiffure install\u00e9 au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Donnant directement sur la plage, le Casino \u00e9tait alors couvert de terrasses. Les installations de thalassoth\u00e9rapie ont aujourd\u2019hui disparu.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 1978 une forte temp\u00eate provoqua l\u2019effondrement de toute la partie qui dominait la plage. L\u2019acquisition du Saint-Quay-Bar qui lui \u00e9tait contigu permit un agrandissement consid\u00e9rable et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une partie restaurant. L\u2019ouverture des machines \u00e0 sous date de 1993.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est sous un nouveau nom, le Kasino, que vous l\u2019avez sous les yeux.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> Il<\/span>\u00a0fonctionne toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e et accueille de nombreuses manifestations musicales et culturelles.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<h1>\n<p>La piscine d\u2019eau de mer<\/p>\n<\/h1>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/26_Saint-quay-portrieux_2019-10_piscine_thibault-poriel.jpg\" alt=\"Chapelle Sainte-Anne Saint-Quay-Portrieux\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Une pointe rocheuse s\u00e9pare la plage de Saint-Quay de celle du Ch\u00e2telet. En m\u00eame temps que l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des abords de la plage et l\u2019installation de bars et de boutiques sur la promenade, vint l\u2019id\u00e9e audacieuse d\u2019utiliser cette pointe pour cr\u00e9er une \u00ab\u00a0piscine d\u2019eau de mer\u00a0\u00bb. La situation \u00e9tait propice car gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019amplitude des mar\u00e9es, l\u2019eau pourrait se renouveler \u00e0 chaque mar\u00e9e importante, et la piscine offrir un bassin de natation particuli\u00e8rement original et spectaculaire aux estivants, surplomb\u00e9 d\u2019un grand terre-plein.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/27_pointe_chatelet_SQPX_AC27702.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Les travaux consid\u00e9rables d\u2019arasement d\u2019une partie de la pointe rocheuse, de construction de la piscine et de l\u2019escalier monumental d\u00e9butent en 1929. L\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, le \u00ab\u00a0stade nautique\u00a0\u00bb est inaugur\u00e9. Le bassin est de dimensions \u00ab\u00a0presque olympique\u00a0\u00bb, d\u2019une longueur de 33,33m, et dot\u00e9 d\u2019un plongeoir en bois \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages permettant aux sportifs de r\u00e9aliser de belles figures. An original project, since it would combine gambling and partying with Brittany's first thalassotherapy establishment.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Construction of the building that would become the casino began in 1929. The following year, it was completed and licensed for gaming.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>In addition to the gaming rooms with boule, the bar and the dance halls with orchestra on the ground floor, the establishment offered a genuine thalassotherapy facility.<br \\\/>Upstairs, baths were arranged in several alcoves with heated seawater tubs, freshwater showers and massage tables. <br \\\/>Guests could then enjoy the services of a hairdressing salon on the first floor.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Overlooking the beach, the Casino was covered with terraces.
